Hi friend! My name is Sarah. I live in the Midwest with my husband and our twin toddlers. By day, I work at a bank in the loan department; by heart, I’m a writer and poet.
I love crafting, writing poetry, and watching movies. (Fun fact: my husband and I had a movie-themed wedding, and I made many of the decorations myself.) I’m a little silly, deeply sentimental, and I love anything cute and cuddly. I collect stuffed animals and Polly Pockets—tiny comforts that spark joy and nostalgia.
Writing has become especially meaningful to me through grief. My dad, Ted, passed away on February 14th, and he continues to be my greatest inspiration. Putting words on the page has been a way to stay close to him, to process loss, and to make sense of this season of life. Writing is where I feel grounded, honest, and most myself.
