Everyone Has a Story

Do I write for a living? – nope 

Am I a published poet? – nope 

Do I have any formal writing education? – nope

So why do I write and share my thoughts online? Because in some odd way I feel my late father guiding me to do so. Before he passed, I was able to  share some of my poetry and I told him that I am going to write a book someday.

I told my mom what I shared with him and she said why now you need to write a book! That is definitely something on my heart and hopefully during my lifetime that would become a reality.

As we head into a new year, I feel the writing bug even more. Almost like my dad is trying to guide me through my writing, as crazy as it sounds.

So yes, a twin mom, who works at bank, and who used to be the editor of her school newspaper – I am sharing my writing online. I’ll admin I don’t feel qualified to do so. It’s scary and honestly crazy but it feels right. 

I think everyone has a story to share. 

So be brave, step out in faith and you might be surprised why comes from it.
